If you requested a new password via the EliteSingles login page, but it has not arrived in your registered email account, there are a few possible explanations:
- Please check the spam/junk folder of your email account. Perhaps the email was sent there.
- If you are using a Gmail account, the password email may be sent to the "Social" or "Promotions" tab, and not your Primary inbox:
- Perhaps you unsubscribed from our emails? This may mean that you no longer receive any emails from us, including new password emails. Please contact Customer Care so that they can check if your email address has been blocked.
