When you receive a smile, a message, or a new match, you will receive an email notification to your registered email address.
To change your notification settings:
- Navigate to Account via the menu.
- Scroll down to Notifications.
- Mark or un-mark the notification type via the toggle.
Email notification options cannot be managed in the iOS or Android app. You can, however, manage your push notifications within the app.
You received an email notification that one of your matches uploaded a photo to their profile, but you cannot see it?
This is not a technical issue. It's possible that this person did upload a photo, but it could not be accepted because it did not meet our quality requirements.
