You can switch off the automatic renewal of your Premium membership by accessing the following link: online cancellation form.
Once you have logged into your profile, please follow these steps:
- Navigate to My Account via the menu and Membership.
- Select the cancellation link "Cancel".
- Select your cancellation reason and click/tap Continue.
- Enter your password and click/tap Confirm.

Once you have followed all the above steps successfully, you will receive a confirmation email from us. You'll have access to all the Premium features until the subscription ends.
If you see "Your cancellation is not yet completed", please contact Customer Care to finalise the cancellation.
