The right to withdraw from your contract is valid for 14 days after the initial purchase of your subscription. Once this 14-day notice period has expired, we can no longer grant refunds.
The right to withdraw from your contract only applies to the initial purchase (so the start of your contract). All our subscriptions renew for the same duration. However, as the renewed term is still part of the same contract, the right to a refund is not applicable. This means that if your subscription automatically renews, we cannot refund the renewal fee.
Technically a refund can only be issued manually by our Customer Care team, so the deletion of your account, or the early cancellation of your subscription, will not automatically refund you.
